Case Scenario 6
Nine years old male patients presented after he sustain falling down accident and injured to his left wrist area.
He was taken to local bone setter and massaged there and tight bandage was applied.
He presented to hospital after 3 days of trauma. Upon presentation, he has severe swelling with blister and he can move his finger at all. His x-ray shows that he has non displaced distal radioulnar fracture with missed compartment syndrome.
