CASE SCENARIO 12

A 45 years old female patient who sustained falling down accident 2 years and above back. She was injured at her forearm which was closed then she went to traditional bone setters where she gets massage and tight dressing split was applied. The traditional bone setters told her that she shouldn’t touch the split even if she feels discomfort. With that split she had suffered for six months then after she removed the split and go to another bone setters the second one also applied split and give to her warring but she doesn’t get comfort, she removed the splint finally, after long time she came to our hospital. Her x-ray shows that she developed pseudarthrosis (mal Union old fracture) then fixed and she had discharged with a good improvement.
