CASE SCENARIO 11

A 28-year-old male patient sustained a motor vehicle accident three days ago. While riding a motorbike, he suddenly fell and experienced trauma to his left ankle area. Initially, he sought treatment from a traditional bone setter and received massages, due to this he develops swelling of the injured area. He now presents to our hospital with complaints of pain and swelling. After appropriate investigation, he has been diagnosed with a left closed bimalleolar fracture and is being managed accordingly.
